Although I do not know how to measure my progress in terms of Kundalini, I cannot thank you enough for what your attunements, readings and answers have brought me. It is actually a tough process and not at all what I had imagined. Physically, I have much more ups and downs than I used to before the attunements. I have had heart rushes, severe headaches and things of the sort, but this has almost totally disappeared now, except if I have a strong shock. Then, my heart thumps wildely like it never has before. I feel more open, so maybe more vulnerable at times, but mainly a lot more in tune and serene. There is often a permanent warmth along my spine and in my head, a sort of gentle reassuring pressure that rarely leaves my brow. Sometimes I get some sort of rush, like fast flowing energy and I cannot control it yet but it feels so good !
Mentally, things are similar. I was expecting, people going berzerk, seeing things, colours, angels ... But for me, now that things seem to have settled, I mainly feel very peaceful and serene. I had a very rough time with a client last week, with three people attacking me personnaly and unjustifiably, but not only was I not worried or shaken, but I was also able to be calm and be firm about it and kind to them.
